APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Introduction

To join or renew your membership, simply enter your details into this online form and send a cheque for the current membership fee of £5 to the Treasurer at:

Because you will be sending your membership fee separately the form asks you to enter your cheque number to allow us to match it to your cheque when it arrives. So please go and get your cheque book before continuing!

Once you have completed and submitted your application, the details will be electronically transferred to the Treasurer. On receipt of your cheque the Treasurer will then process your application and then pass it to our Membership Admin who will send you a Welcome Letter and Membership Card by post. You can opt to receive an email confirmation of your application when it is processed by the Treasurer. If you do not appear to receive this, please check your "spam" or "junk" mail filter for an email from donotreply@dwrg.org.uk
Should you not receive an acknowledgement within 21 days (by email or post) of sending your cheque, please contact DWRG at this address: dwrg_t9list[at]me.com (replace the [at] with the @ character) - please do not submit a further application unless we ask you to. Please note that your membership will only become active after we receive your payment and send you a written confirmation.
