Jenny is the club Chairman and works closely with all the other people listed here to ensure the club runs smoothly. Please contact her if you wish to have a matter raised at a Committee meeting, if you have ideas generally about the way the club operates, if you wish us to amend your contact details on our database or if you would like a message included in the weekly bulletins to members. To contact Jenny by email simply reply to one of the regular email bulletins sent to DWRG members. |

If you are interested in joining Downs and Weald and you have had a good look around this website, click here to go to our online Membership Application Form or go to the How to Join section. You can join at the bargain rate of £5 per year. If you have some questions to put to us before you join please use the Membership Enquiry Form - these are checked regularly by Maria. Or by all means give Maria a ring - you may have to leave a message, but she will get back to you quite quickly by email or phone depending on how you prefer to be contacted. |

Fay looks after the club's bank account and ensures the books are balanced at the end of the year. Payments to the club should be sent to her. Please do not send cash or attempt to pay with a credit card! She likes cheques, signed and dated and payable to DWRG! |

Please contact a programme co-ordinator if you wish to offer a walk or social event to the programme. If you are new to this you can always ask for help and advice from these people. As we progress through the year a new co-ordinator will take over for each quarterly period and will send out email requests to the membership and compile all the contributions into the next 3 months of the online programme. One or other programme co-ordinator is sure to be out on a walk and will be there gently encouraging more members to volunteer to organise something. |
